So, what people tell don't tell you about energy after you've had surgery, After you've had a health diagnosis and seeming to get your head around things, why is your energy battery still so low?

Why is it really difficult to recharge even just a bit and because you keep crashing?

I was at that point. I understand what that feels like when you come in from work at 3 and have to go horizontal because you can't actually work out how to do the next hour or two without that without that space, without that recovery set. It might be to do with pain.

It might be to do with energy. But all of it sits within this recovery recovery beyond the scar. Recovery beyond the diagnosis. And it's allowing us to understand - where can we gain that energy back again?

Where can we build the strength that we need?

Not just in our physical bodies but in the capacity for our brains to say yes I need support here or what can I do today to actually give myself some time?

And that looks different for everybody but I think it's time we start asking those questions and building a a network or building a way for us to to build and support one another to get the best out of life.

I feel like I've really turned some circles and some steps myself professionally and personally in that recovery process.

And I'm really excited to start sharing that with you um and helping to support one another um the best we possibly can.

Your mind may wander be...
